Pega 7.1.9 Install wizard keeps failing with Error

Summary
User is trying to install Pega 7.1.9 on Oracle.
Error Messages
BUILD FAILED
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

[java] java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
Repeated for over 30 mins before going OUT OF MEMORY.
Steps to Reproduce
Run IUA wizard for Oracle from a windows laptop for PRPC 7.1.9
Root Cause
From the list of privileges given for Admin or Deployment USer , INSERT ANY TABLE WITH ADMIN OPTION ,ANALYZE ANY are missing.
Resolution
Oracle installationrequires Oracle users or Deployment users to be created whom should be given all priveleges during installation.
these users can be deleted after the installation. Providing necessary priveleges like INSERT ANY TABLE WITH ADMIN OPTION ,ANALYZE ANY has resolved the issue.
