Pega Application is not up after a restart



PRPC environment is not coming up after restart after installation of RAP.

Error Messages

Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause

A software use or operation error, user imported the access group with updated application version however the updated application version was not imported in the environment. Hence user got below error after importing the access group. No such Rule-Application instance: 


User have to import the RAP containing application rule with latest version.
