Summary

Pega BIX "Use last updated time as start" flag is not working in Pega 7.2 and no records are getting exported by BIX extracts.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an extract and use filter condition. Use last updated time as start along with additional filters.
2. Create some test data and run the extract. First time the records copied correctly.
3. Create some more cases and run extract again,  zero records are getting copied this time.

Root Cause

Use Last Updated time as Start checkbox is selected to extract all data that was created or updated since the last time the Extract rule ran, up to five minutes prior to the start of the extract; but user is running the extract immediately after the case is created.

Resolution

User can extract the records after five minutes of creating the case.
