Pega does not consider new specialised PegaFS properties

SA-88750

Summary

Two properties are specialized from the PegaFS layer in the user layer to modify the field length restrictions. User performs a Save As of the two properties in the user's own ruleset and class. The data transform mapping values for the properties have access to the class and ruleset at runtime. However, Pega still considers the old properties and the new properties are not picked up.
