Pega ImageViewer unable to handle larger images

Pega ImageViewer is not able to handle larger images when viewing and printing. The 6.3 (Silverlight) PRPC image viewer is used in a 6.2 SP2 PRPC system.

Test prints to PDF or image files, which works and digitally prints all the pages, are sent to a physical printer and blank pages are printed.

2. Print out a specific page range.

Root Cause

Apply HFix-9637.

Note: Clear the Internet Explorer temp directory before testing, since this is leveraging silverlight failing which the older version of the viewer control will still be used.
