Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Pega Pulse.
2. Click the link. The link description text box is missing.

Root Cause

A defect in the Pegasystems' code or rules:
The root cause is in the final section rule pzPostLink (Pega Pulse section). The Pega Pulse section is placed in pyCaseActionArea section in a layout instead of dynamic layout. As the layout is not dynamic, the link description field in Pega Pulse is not visible. Changing the layout to dynamic resolves the issue.
