Summary
Pega REST API does not display results for GET https://HOSTNAME:PORT/prweb/api/v1/data/D_pyDataflowRuns. However, results are available when executing D_pyDataflowRuns data page in the Developer Studio.

- Run https://HOSTNAME:PORT/prweb/api/v1/data/D_pyDataflowRuns
- Run the D_pyDataFlowRuns in the Developer Studio
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
User's access group is different from the the access group on the dataflows.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The access on the operator is set to Access Group on dataflows. When the Access Group is run as a REST-API call, the user or operator details are required. As a result, the access group is fetched from the operator for the data page to run. However, when the same is run on the application, the access group defined on the application is used.
