Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The OpenRuleAdvanced control is used in the Pega Surveys AddQuestion section for the Paragraph rules. The ApplyTo filed is blank in the Open RuleAdvanced control. As a result, the ApplyTo class name is passed as blank.

This issue is scheduled to be addressed in Pega 8.4.
