Pega Survey rules are not working as expected

Summary
In a PegaSurvey based application upgrading to Pega 7.1.8 from PRPC 6.2 SP1, the Work-Setup Questionnaire no longer pre-populates the answers for a survey.
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Invoke the activity Work-.SetupQuestionnaire on the work page.
Root Cause
Work.-SetupQuestionnaire is no longer needed in PegaSurvey 7.
Resolution
Answers mapped to properties will automatically default to the existing property answer.
Standard Pega rules data transforms can be used to pre-populate answers.
