PegaAES requestor pool timeout errors

Summary



If JVMs are up for more than a week, then there are requestor time-out errors in the AES logs.

Timed out borrowing service requestor from requestor pool for service package: PegaAES

Steps to Reproduce



Not Applicable


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment
There are insufficient requestors defined in the PegaAES Service Package Maximum Active Requestors value.
The built-in value is 50.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change to the operating environment:
Increase the value to 200.
If the error recurs, then double the value.
