Summary
PegaAppFin RuleSet rules open in the XML form instead of the Rule form. This occurs after updating Pega Platform 7.1.1 to Pega Platform 7.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Records > Technical.
- Select the Rule which belongs to the PegaAppFin RuleSet rules.
Root Cause
From Pega Platform 7.2 and later, 'Form based' class instances display is deprecated. Thus, the content displays as XML when Smart Adjust 5.x is used.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Upgrade to Smart Adjust 7.21.
In Smart Adjust 7.21, the Display mode for the above rules classes is updated to 'Harness based' instead of 'Form based'.
