Steps to Reproduce
Perform a call transfer.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When the call ID changes, error occurs during a call transfer. When the old and new call IDs are both -1, the application exits the activity and does not proceed further.
Resolution
Apply HFix-47658.
