Pegarule cookie none after 10 mins

Summary
User recently moved from 5.5 to 6.3 and Site minder is used for the authentication. After logging into the application, the pega cookie is none and after 10 minutes of inactivity user session timed out.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log into the application vis Siteminder(SSO) and leave the system for 10 mins.
- After the timeout try to do any activity.
Root Cause
Routing algorithm in the load balacer was not cookie based.
Resolution
Change the routing algorithm of the load balancer/proxy to cookie based.
