pega.util.Event.fireEvent not triggered first time on Bundle tab
Summary
Bundle Tab refresh is not triggered, the first time when user clicks on the Bundle tab, after performing reset of Product Holdings in the Negotiation page.Error Messages
Not Applicable.Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Negotiation page.
2. Click product holding button to reset the pre-populated basket.
3. Navigate to Bundle tab.
4. Observe that the Bundle tab page does not get refreshed.Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules, The “GroupTabLoaded” Property under “DEMHandler.Negotiation.NegotiationGroups” for each tab is explicitly set to False when the Product Holding is reset on click of a button in the Product Holdings tab.
However after resetting via Product Holdings button and clicking on Tab - GroupTabLoaded still remains as False whereas in other tabs it changed to True.Resolution
Perform the local change to trigger refresh of Bundle tab.
