Pending-Resubmission status prevents save action visibility



When a case is put in the "Pending-Resubmission" status, users cannot save the case as the ShowSaveAction rule does not display the Save button for that status.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a product template and submit for approval.
  2. Manager uses 'return to originator' action to return the work object for changes.

Root Cause

The ShowSaveAction when rule does not include the "Pending-Resubmission" status.


Save the ShowSaveAction in your ruleset and modify it to include the "Pending-Resubmission" status.
