Pending-Resubmission status prevents save action visibility

Summary
When a case is put in the "Pending-Resubmission" status, users cannot save the case as the ShowSaveAction rule does not display the Save button for that status.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a product template and submit for approval.
- Manager uses 'return to originator' action to return the work object for changes.
Root Cause
The ShowSaveAction when rule does not include the "Pending-Resubmission" status.
Resolution
Save the ShowSaveAction in your ruleset and modify it to include the "Pending-Resubmission" status.
