Perform Harness of PegaFSRequirements:07-21-35 is overriding one in Work- or Work-Cover- classes and throwing error.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add PegaFS in application stack.
- Use Perform Harness.
- Either Preview it or add in case assignment and reach to that step.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The issue was the presence of "CPMOpenCaseHistory" local action in one of the sections in pyCaseHeader in Work- in CPMFS:07-22-01.
pyCaseHeader is referenced in this Perform harness. This CPMOpenCaseHistory rule has been withdrawn by CS Hz and the reference is still present in the section.
Similarly, a withdrawn rule "CSOPENCASESPECIFICATTACHMENT " is also referenced in pyCaseHeader.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Remove both rule references (CPMOpenCaseHistory and CSOPENCASESPECIFICATTACHMENT) in pyCaseHeader.
