Performance degrades when Extract rule is executed



Performance degrades when executing the Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) Extract rule.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

Configure the BIX Extract rule to execute with the history table for all the case types.

Root Cause

The standard filter query contains a Like clause for extractions against a class group that was incorrectly configured.


Perform the below steps:
  1. Commit or rollback all previously installed hotfixes
  2. Navigate to Designer Studio > System > Release > Hotfix Manager > Install HFix-43673
  3. Navigate to Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Import > Import HFix-43700
  4. Restart all the nodes
Additional checkboxes display on the Filter tab when creating a new Extract rule. Check the 'Skip standard filters' checkbox to remove the standard filter and to add the custom filters.
