Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
When the indexing process takes long, modify the following Dynamic System Settings (DSS) to improve performance:
indexing/distributed/batch/numworkers value: 2
indexing/distributed/batch/workqueuesize value: 20000
indexing/distributed/batch/requestbatchsize value: 500
Note: Running a re-index with these DSS values requires more resources (CPU and memory).
