Performance issue observed on multiple node

Summary
An agent is configured to generate a summary report, purge an attachment, and send a workflow notification. Each process takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. As a result, CPU utilization is high on the agent enabled system.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure an agent to process large data.
Root Cause
When the agent performs a large task (multiple processes) and has less time interval between the processes, a requestor is assigned to execute that batch agent. Hence, CPU utilization is more at that moment when the agent is running.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Enable the standard agent on multiple nodes with a more interval time. Also, consider the inflow (number of queue items generated) for that agent to process.
