Steps to Reproduce
Click on the Audit trail of the case.
Root Cause
During processing of a case, at the time of resolution, the 'act A' is called but, the developer has hardcoded pxRequestor.pxUsername value to 'system'. Declare onchange prints stack trace when performed by value. This changed from userID to 'System'.
Resolution
Remove the hardcoded value of pxRequestor.pxUsername in an activity identified by declare onchange.
