Create a personalized grid.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
When a grid is personalized, the grid must be optimized first.
When the grid is optimized, a Disclaimer displays that all the settings or configurations are not supported under this mode.
However, the user can still have a header with pagination, though the Pagination options are limited in this mode.
