Plugin error on login with 64-bit browser



When logging into PRPC with a 64-bit browser various plugin errors are thrown.

Error Messages

"Browser Plugin Load Errors"

Steps to Reproduce

Login to PRPC with a 64-bit browser.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment. ActiveX controls are not compatible with 64-bit browsers.


This issue is resolved by making the following change to the operating environment: Switch to 32-bit browser.
