PMF Installation Error trying to apply DDL



User tried to install Project Management Framework (PMF)7.1.2  on Pega 7.1.9 instance.

Importing the RAP file and when the DDL is applied, either automatically by the system or manually downloading it and applying, it is failing.

Error Messages

SQL Error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
00942. 00000 - "table or view does not exist"

Steps to Reproduce

Follow the PMF installation guide to import the RAP file.

On the schema changes screen, select "Manual" to download the DDL and try to apply it.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.  There are seven "create view" statements in the DDL which apply to the ppm_work table which is not created until later in the DDL.


Perform the following local-change:  

Rearrange the DDL script so that the ppm_work table is created before creating the views.
