PMF scrumboard does not work with Pega 7.1.8

Summary
After upgrading to Pega 7.1.8, the PMF scrumboard functionality partially displays and hangs.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the scrumboard function. Observe that the display is partial and then hangs.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22654.
