Steps to Reproduce
Create and run a Connect-SOAP rule.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. It was observed that Axis2 ServiceClient constructor was taking a long time to initialize and the Axis2-Default.xml file, which is the configuration file, is not cached and is built and parsed each time, adding to the overhead.
Resolution
Apply HFix-28657.
