Popup layout size changes on refresh of popup

Summary
Inline Double Dynamic layout is configured on a popup. However, the dynamic layout width changes onchange of Autocomplete control. Sometimes a stacked dynamic layout displays.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a link and configure launch popup on click of the link
- Include an Inline Double Dynamic layout which must display on the popup
- Include Autocomplete controls
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. In the configuration of Autocomplete control, the width is set to 100% on the Presentation tab on checking custom. However, the section refreshes onchange of Autocomplete and it's size changes as the size of the dynamic layout changes. The Autocomplete size gets set.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
- Open the configurations of Autocomplete and set the size to Auto on the Presentation tab
- Set Size to Custom and provide a fixed px
