Portal header loads incorrectly while accessing KM article



Portal header loads incorrectly while accessing Knowledge Management article using the Help icon after creating Service case. This occurs while using Pega Customer Service 7.3.1 on Pega 7.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure Pega Knowledge for Pega Customer Service
  2. Configure article suggestion based on flow action (first flow action that displays in a case type)
  3. Verify the suggested content based on the button on the Interaction portal

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. 


Apply HFix-61469.
