Steps to Reproduce
Open a Microsite.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. The name of the Microsite operator or the gadget operation is the same as the system's default unauthenticated access group, AccessGroup PegaMKT:UnAuthenticated. It is necessary to distinguish unauthenticated access groups from authenticated access groups. Therefore, access groups specified in the Requestor Type form must be different from the access groups specified for the operators.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Change the default Access group of Microsite operator from PegaMKT:UnAuthenticated to PegaMKT:UnAuthenticatedAlias, or any meaningful instance which is a save-as of PegaMKT:UnAuthenticated Access Group.
