Steps to Reproduce

Not Applicable.

Root Cause

The CSS upgrade wizard was run after upgrading a system from PRPC 6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.1.7.

The upgrade wizard checks to make sure your application is ready to use browsers in standards mode. After this wizard is run the application skin needs to be re-saved and checked into a ruleset so the newest version of the CSS is generated and applied to the application.

Resolution

The application skin should be checked out, saved and then checked back into a ruleset so the newest version of the generated CSS is used.
