Post action spell check in RTE restricts to reopen modal dialog

Summary



User clicks a button to open a modal dialog window that has a Rich Text Editor (RTE). The RTE has been configured to spellcheck on change. After submitting a wrongly spelt word, if the user attempts to reopen the modal dialog, user is not be able to do so. 


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce



1. Add a RTE to a local action and configure spellcheck action on change. 
2. Add a button to a section and configure it to open the Local action as a modal dialog. 
3. Run the flow, add a wrong spelling, submit the modal dialog and attempt to reopen it.


Root Cause



This issue occurs because IE keeps throwing Permission Denied for premature load events.

Resolution



Apply HFix-25647.
