Pre-activity execution issues when accessing question pages

Summary
When user is going to second QuestionPage screen, pre-activity of first QuestionPage is getting called twice along with pre-activity of second QuestionPage.
From second QuestionPage screen when user is going back to first QuestionPage screen using Back button, pre-activity of second Question is getting called twice along with pre-activity of first Question.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Survey with two Question Pages. Configure a Pre-activities (that is, configured activities in 'pre-action' field) for both Question Pages.
2. Within a flow, configure a sub flow with SurveyDriver flow in Screen Flow mode with Page per Screen.
3. Run the flow and observe the behavior.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34190 after installing dependent platform hotfixes HFix-32637 and HFix-33461.
