Pre-upgrade environment scanner cannot find Pega 7.2.2 media

Summary
If user runs the pre-upgrade environment scanner using the Pega 7.2.2 media, it fails with the below error.

Steps to Reproduce
Run pre-upgrade environment scanner on Pega 7.2.2.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, the scanner looks for the folder {media root}\manifest\assembly, which no longer exists in Pega 7.2.2.
Resolution
A new version of the pre-upgrade environment scanner has been posted on the Pega Exchange which resolves the issue for Pega 7.2.2.
