Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the Interaction portal
2. Create an interaction
3. Wrap-up the interaction. The interaction tab closes and the thread is not present even in the clipboard
4. Close the browser without logging out
5. Open the browser and log in to the portal. The previously interaction opens in the Review mode

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: issue with the D_CPMPortalRecents data page.
