Problem with List view pzDisplayShortcutsLV after upgrading

Summary
Using the ListView pzDisplayShortcutsLV to display reports, and it is not displaying any result post upgrade from PRPC 6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the pzDisplayShortcutsLV List view report.
Root Cause
List Views have been deprecated in Pega 7.2.2 and are no longer supported.

The “Deprecated” notification is in the ruleform header for pzDisplayShortcutsLV as shown below:
Resolution
As per the help topic the suggested course of action is to update to the latest Pega 7 Report Definitions.
In Pega 7.2.2 a Report Definition called pzRBCategoryShortcuts is used to show report shortcuts (via the pzRBShortcuts page list, which is sourced from the D_pzRBShortcuts) data page.

Note: Pega recommends that rather than using this deprecated control, the configuration is updated to use a Report Definition, or make use of the standard Pega 7 report browser if appropriate.
