Problem with output of methods Obj-Open-By-Handle & Obj-Browse

SA-2694

Summary

You observe that using the method Obj-Open-By-Handle and reviewing a datetime down to the milliseconds. When you use Obj-Browse, the datetime is rounded off to zero.

Error Messages

NA

Steps to Reproduce

Create an activity rule which returns a date property using
Obj-Open-By-Handle and Obj-Browse.  The time does not contain the lowest level of precision when using the Obj-Browse.

Root Cause

The problem is that the Oracle DATE data type does not store anything less than seconds and while we are preserving the milliseconds in the PRPC BLOB. The Obj-Browse gets its values from the database and is limited by the database's level of precision.
