Problem with screen "Attach file"

Summary
After migration from Pega 6.2sp2 to Pega 7.1.8 some functions which do not work correctly.
- On IE, button "Select file" doesn't work. We must use a hidden button.
- After attaching file, ID of object is not present of description of attached file.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open a work object with standard section pyWorkAttachments in a tab.
2. Try to attach a file with IE
Root Cause
- A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
- It was found that the users were on IE 8 with Quirks mode. The issue did not occur with IE8 in Standards mode and IE9/IE11
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: change the settings on the harness containing the section. In Advanced Tab of the harness, change the IE document mode to other and write "IE=Edge". This would basically override the doctype setting on the browser/client of the user. This also works in case of scenarios where users have compatibility view enabled. Furthermore, Pega 7 ML9 has introduced HTML5 Application Readiness tool to guide you through the process of upgrading pre-Pega 7 applications to support HTML 5 doctype.
