Procedure to upload Comma-Separated-Values file

Summary
User requested to provide Pega recommendation or best case for Comma-Separated-Values file (CSV) import on Pega 7.1.6.
Following is the existing solution:
1. pxUploadCSVResults(@baseclass) but this is available for Pega 7.1.7. and not on Pega 7.1.6.
2. PDN（https://pdn.pega.com/integration/how-to-parse-a-comma-separated-values-csv-file-using-a-file-service） , this instruction is for 5.x, so screen and operations are very old . It is hard to implement the methods.
Resolution
The local-change for the issue is as follows:
1. Upload PC/Local CSV file.
2. Read line and use java code to copy to clipboard page.
3. Parse CSV. [OOTB] to populate the Class-Properties.
