Process modeler does not render the flow shapes

Summary



When trying to update the process through process modeler of PRPC 6.2 SP2 on IE10 browser, the process modeler does not render any flow shape.
Issue occurs on IE8 too.

Steps to Reproduce



Open the Process in process modeler, this will not display any shape.


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. 
PRPC 6 platform uses VML to draw the flow shapes, disabling VML results in flow shapes not displayed in process modeler.

Resolution



VML is not supported in IE10.
For IE8, you must enable VML settings.
