The Marketing Program run fails with Exception in stage: Activation.

Error Messages



Error on node [78c452dfb3838dbecdbe7086b6fe6752] com.pega.dsm.dnode.api.dataflow.StageException: Exception in stage: Activation

Steps to Reproduce



1. Reschedule the program to run.
2. Wait for the program Run to execute.

Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Dnodes must be configured as Campaigns execution run Data Flows in batch mode.

Resolution



Navigate to Designer Studio ->Decisioning -> Infrastructure -> DNode Cluster Management -> DNodes.
If no Dnodes are present, add a DNode, and wait for the status to become Online-Normal.
