Properties are not populated in history class instances

Summary
pyTaskStatus and pyTaskStatusInfo properties are not populated in history instances with Pega Customer Service 7.21.

Steps to Reproduce
Resolve any intent, it will simultaneously create some history instances.
Root Cause
History-Add method calls PegaProComUtilities.AddHistory RUF.
If the Rule-Utility-Function (RUF) in PRPC 6 and Pega 7 are compared, these properties are not being populated in Pega 7.
Resolution
Set the properties in the extension activity, Work-.pyAddWorkHistoryDefaults which will be called from Assign-.AddWorkHistory, when the assignment is being processed.
