'property not optimized' error when creating or closing sprint

Summary
After an upgrade to PMF 7.1.2, errors occur when creating a sprint or creating user stories.
Error Messages
One of the join conditions involving the following unoptimized property is not allowed, since it can severely degrade performance
Steps to Reproduce
Create a sprint.
Root Cause
PegaCustFoundation-Data-ApplicationDetails GetAppInfo requires the property SystemName to be an exposed column.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
To expose the property PegaCustFoundation-Data-ApplicationDetails.SystemName, follow the procedures in this Help topic:
