Summary
In a drop-down, a Page List property value is converted "TO" to "To" automatically.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a table property that contains "TO" as one of its values
- Use the property to populate a drop down
- View the drop down list
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Place the dropdown in separate section and remove the 'Localize' option from the HTML tab of the section.
