Property value is not submitting for screen flow in IE

Summary
User wants to submit the flow in screenflow on Enter button.
User has configured FinishAssignment Action for Enter Key event for Dynamic layout.
At runtime, when user is providing input for text property in screen flow and pressing Enter to submit the flow, some of the property values are not submitting to clipboard as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a section with free form layout.
- Include that section in another in a dynamic layout.
- Configure FinishAssignment Action for Enter Key event for Dynamic layout.
