Proposition cache refresh issue while updating List view

Summary
Proposition cache refresh works across nodes when proposition property is edited from Data table and that updated property can be seen on another node after 60 sec ( SystemPulse run period). However, when the Proposition is edited on Report -> List view, its not getting update on the other node after passing 60 sec, however, if that particular record on another node is opened, it shows the updated value.

Steps to Reproduce
Update Proposition property under List view in report and check the same on another node.
Root Cause
Proper Proposition refresh cache configuration was not done.
Resolution
Configured for PegaDM:Administrators Access Group to all Agent schedule instances (active / non-active) of Pega-RULES: Core Engine Processing Agent and Delete Lookup List Cache from SMA.
