Proposition change is not reflected accross all nodes

Summary
DSM application runs in a multi-node PRPC production environment.
You have run into an issue in the Performance Test environment which is also a multi-node PRPC environment similar to production. Proposition changes are not in sync across all nodes.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Make a change to a Proposition.
2. Test that Proposition on a separate node and observe that changes are not reflected.
Root Cause
The pulse extension functionality of the DSM does not work.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Pega 7.1.5 by HFix-21174, and is fixed in Pega 7.1.6.
