Proposition Validity settings does not work correctly

Summary
On changing the Active type Proposition from Always to Date range in the Manage Proposition landing page and saving it, the Active column displays in the Decision Data rule as False. This occurs even when the date is within the specified Date range. However, when the range is set to 15 days or more, the column displays true.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Decision Data rule from the Proposition Management landing page.
- Click an Offer to edit.
- Change the Active field setting to Date range.
- Enter a valid Date range.
- Save the landing page.
- Click Save in the decision data rule.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43245.
