Propositions created through bulk edit have missing group/issue

Summary
Proposition tables are not properly populated (Group and Issue columns remain NULL) when propositions are created/updated through the Bulk Edit capability. However, they are populated correctly when the propsitions are updated via the Propositions Management screen.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a proposition.
2. Change Group/Issue through Bulk Edit.
3. Check Db table. Group and Issue columns not updated.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. table columns pyIssue and pyGroup is not populated when saving instances using bulk edit or edit in excel.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Maintenance Level (ML) release will be fixed in 7.1.8.
