Summary
The requirement is to provide a choice to the user regarding the format (such as XLSX, XLS, or CSV) to download a file.

Steps to Reproduce
Perform an Export to Excel.
Root Cause
When downloading as Excel, the document is downloaded automatically in the XLSX format.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the value from true to false in the out-of-the-box 'pyEnableExporttoAdvancedExcelFormat' When rule in @baseclass.
The 'Export to Excel' changes to the earlier implementation format, that is, XLS.
