PRPC embedds blank or question sign in the string

SA-2117

Summary

There are two sections in the User screen.
One section uses repeating grid and loading data instances.
This data instance is a link to external website and the URL string comes from clipboard.
When user click on this link user gets IE 404 error because PRPC automatically embedds question sign in it.
The other section also uses repeating grid and loading Work instances. This work instance is also a link to some other external web site and URL string comes from node based Data Pages. When user click on this link user gets again IE 404 error because PRPC automatically embedds blank in it.

If URL is hard coded in the section it pops up a right URL but when the string comes from clipboard or Data Pages, PRPC embedds some characters (blank or question) and it leads to unexpected error.

Steps to Reproduce

Set URL which includes parameter and value in Open URL in Window.
Run the Open URL in Window.
Observe that PRPC appends unnecesary characters (such as %3F) in URL which brakes link.

Root Cause

In current product specification, parameter and value can not be passed in URL.
Instead, parameters and values must be configured in Open URL in Window's parameter screen.

Resolution

Expected/designed way to use the “Open URL in Window” action is to specify each parameter in Designer Studio.
Parameters can not be passed in single URL, by current specification. When parameters are passed in this way, the “%3F” is not appended.
That means, parameter has to be added to Open URL in Window in design time. Still, parameter can have property reference. Therefore, workaround is to add all possible parameters used in external application in design time with property reference.
