PRPC Service HTTP calls are failing

Summary
User is able to see that Service HTTP calls are failing. From the logs Error 'Service page lookup failed' is seen in the log file.

Steps to Reproduce
- Access the Service HTTP using client application.
- Check the log file for error message.
Root Cause
Verify whether the service is accessible using tools like 'SOAP UI'.
Resolution
Incorrect access URL for the Service HTTP is used by the calling client application. After using the right URL for Service-HTTP, issue is resolved.
